We own two separate units in the Bahia Vista complex, and we made the decision to offer them as a package-- and with the use of 2 COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS -- for larger groups or families. Exceptional Views FROM B45.

NOTE; Spa will be heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day, AND every weekend thereafter.

Each Unit has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, and both units are in the same building-- one unit (B37) on the 3rd and 4th levels, and the other unit (B45) on the 5th and 6th levels ...virtually right above.

Yes, this is a vacation, and the 'Island' awaits, Golfing, zip lining, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, para-sailing, miniature golfing, glass-bottom boat rides, dinner cruises, shopping, fine restaurants, and so much more.

NOTE: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends due to the high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding!

** Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival. All reservations will require a $300 refundable security deposit. This may cover damage to the unit, the golf cart and/or parking tickets, as well as extra cleaning if necessary.  Refundable deposits will be returned within 14 days after check-out.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
